    This series is dedicated to the type of vehicle Trio 14 / 28V alternator voltage regulator
    designed chip.

    Low-side alternator can be used to provide single or dual voltage detection voltage
    feedback control, the output PWM signal drives N-channel MOSFET, to control the
    excitation current changes alternator.

    It can keep the battery in the normal charge and provides current to the electrical
    equipment within the vehicle. Provide field short protection.

    • Capable of regulating voltage within ±0.2 V @ 25°C

    This series combines high performance at low cost. This series of products for the car
    14 / 28V alternator regulator designed chip.

    It can be used in low-end or high-end alternator, offers single or dual voltage detection
    voltage feedback control,provide an external N channel MOSFET control, output PWM
    signal drives with stability control alternator excitation current.

    It can keep the battery in the normal charge and provides current to the electrical
    equipment within the vehicle.
    When the alternator output current greater change, provide load response control (LRC).

    alternative LRC Time 0 / 2.5 / 5 / 7.5 / 10s, high external NMOS high/low-side driver,
    Choke drive function, over-voltage detection and under-voltage detection options.

    This series includes multifunction series regulation characteristics and add Lamp delay
    function, self-start function, the lamp short protection, phase re-regulation.

    ECU can make contact via the C-terminal communication. ECU control the use of the
    C-terminal regulator, set the desired set-point dual voltage (14.5V / 12.8V)
